Costera Reveillon Dinner

New Orleans’ latest Spanish restaurant and bar, Costera, is pleased to announce it's inaugural Reveillon dinner menu, available beginning December 1st in addition to the regular menu. Known as one of New Orleans’ most treasured holiday traditions, Chef Brian Burns’ four-course Reveillon menu ($45 per person) will feature his signature-style of Spanish staples to indulge in this holiday season. The four-course menu will feature dishes like Beef Shank and Potato Bombas, Shrimp and Chorizo Soup with Potatoes and Greens, Petite Filet a la Plancha and Chocolate Terrine with Dulce de Leche. Co-owner Reno de Ranieri will also feature limited-quantity European wine selections throughout the month that will provide the ideal pairing for the coursed menu.
